How we work at your workplace

We work in teams, with a Site Supervisor responsible for the work being completed and the premises being properly secured when we leave.
After each service, we send a report confirming the work has been completed and noting anything you should know about

If we find something that needs urgent attention — an alarm that won't set or a significant water leak, for example — we'll contact one of your nominated after-hours contacts.

We maintain backup systems for scheduling and job information so we can continue operating during power or data disruptions.

Our Support Officer will make periodic calls to keep in touch and be a point of contact for any queries or requests.
Access to your workplace

You entrust us with access to your work place and we take that seriously.
Keys are securely stored and coded rather than identified by client or site. Access codes are restricted to the people who need them.

Paying attention

While we're there, we also pay attention to what's happening around us. An open window. A heater left on under a desk. A laminator that's still running. If something isn't right, we deal with what we reasonably can and let you know when something needs your attention.
No lock-in contracts

We don't use lock-in cleaning contracts. If our service no longer meets your requirements, you're free to discontinue it.
